Terms of Service
These terms describe the current conditions for using Moimo accounts, content tools and embedded Furniture and Wrap widgets. They do not activate a payment flow that the service does not yet provide.
Using the service
You may use Moimo only for lawful projects and domains you are authorized to manage. Keep account credentials and issued widget keys confidential. Do not bypass access controls, rate limits, balance checks or domain restrictions, and do not interfere with the service or another user's data.
Your content and instructions
You are responsible for the text, images, product data, contact forms and publishing instructions you submit. You must have permission to use that material and to collect information through a widget. Generated output and visual previews must be reviewed before publication or commercial use.
Service availability
Generation and widget operations may be unavailable or rate-limited. Moimo shows the recorded service state and does not promise that a queued request, email, payment or installation has completed before the relevant service confirms it.
Installation and payments
Installation checkout is available only when the application reports a configured commercial provider. A displayed success URL is not proof of payment, and widget code is not released before verified settlement. When checkout is unavailable, contact [email protected] for product help; an email does not create an order or payment obligation.
Account or content concerns
For account access, an incorrect service state, a widget installed without authorization or a content concern, email [email protected]. Include the product, account email and relevant domain or request reference, but never send a password or secret key.
